It's so difficult to put my thoughts about Charlotte into words.   Over the years I've known Charlotte, my admiration of her has only grown.  Her kindness, empathy, wit, compassion and personality have endeared her to me just as much as her stunning beauty. When I first met her, I was amazed at how natural our conversation was.  Within minutes my nervousness was gone and we talked as if we had known each other for years.  She wrote about connections in a blog post recently, and it immediately made me think of how rare a deep connection with someone is.  The connection we made that day years ago, has only grown deeper over the years and persists to this day.  Through many of life's highs and lows, she has been there not just as a companion but as a friend.  I feel so incredibly fortunate to have met her and will always cherish the connection we have made.   Charlotte makes me strive to be a better person every day, and I can't think of a better compliment to give someone.
